How to use cloud service of KDH Series Nvr and IP Camera

1.       Set KDH series NVR/IP Camera’s network parameters and make sure it connects into internet correctly.
2.       Open the option of Device Conifg—NetService-Colud and remembers the “Device ID” string of this NVR or IP camera.(Server IP default ,no need changed)

Example : KDH Series NVR:
Device ID: CMR23D438H6AHUIY47
Default Account: username—admin ; password---“empty”

Example: KDH Series IP Camera:

Device ID: 333M9JA27G8CJ3UL47

Default Account: username—admin ; password---“empty”

3.        input  http://www.viewseasy.com/p2pweb to access cloud management page.

4.       Download and install “cloud client plugin” by click “LoadOCX”.

5.       Two login mode instruction:

1)       By user :it means the user can manage multiple devices which belong to him

Stpe1: .Register one account into the cloud server. And login the page.

Step2: Add all your KDH NVRs or KDH IP cameras into by Device ID and device account

For example two pieces introduced above: (Ignore the “Type”, the option will be deleted soon) 

Step3: Click the icon " " it, it will forward Pop-up the webpage of device in the IE browser if Device connects into network correctly. 

Otherwise, it shows “device is offline” ,please examine the network connection and settings of device.

2)         By Device: it means you can open the webpage of device by typing “device ID” and “account” one by one.
