AHD, means Analog High Definition. AHD is an analog high definition closed-circuit television video surveillance standard that uses coax cable to transmit HD video from security cameras to DVRs. AHD supported 720p when it first came out, but with the launch of AHD 2.0 Megapixel at the end of last year, it now too supports 1080p.
AHD's birth, to support about 500 meters of the traditional 75-3 coaxial cable video transmission will be resolved to limit the transmission distance of the existing HD-SDI solution. Through real way, it inherit and carry forward the benefits of traditional analog solutions, the video signal is decompressed, retained all the details of the original video, high-definition uncompressed lossless seriously, no video effect delay.
Advantages of HD AHD
